Meet Tim:
Life is too short not to do the things we love and as someone forever curious about the possibilities of life, I turned my passion into my profession. I love what I do.
Through my professional life I have managed senior marketing and communications portfolios in the film industry; non profit; and public sectors and I’m an experienced negotiator and skilled mediator.
I was born in Nova Scotia, spent my childhood on a farm in Saskatchewan and in the 70’s came to Vancouver to study at Simon Fraser Universtiy. I fell in love with Vancouver and have made BC my home ever since.
I appreciate architecture, enjoy Interior Design and may be just a little over the top about the garden. I live in Coal Harbour with my husband Mark and our two dogs.
Meet Mark:
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Mark spent his early years on Martha's Vineyard prior to experieincing life in Sarasota, FL and Seattle, WA and finally making Vancouver, BC his home in 2004.
Mark's first hand knowledge acquired from owning, managing and renovating several homes has given him a keen eye for what to look for in a quality home. He is also highly skilled in preparing and staging a home for sale helping to achieve the best return possible.
During a thirty year career as a horticulturalist, Mark owned or managed numerous floral and garden businesses. So it's no surprise he also created many award winning gardens for his homes.
Mark is a committed advocate of animal rights and is a very proud father and grandfather of four.
